High-pigment, water-activated UV eyeliners

Color: TRANSPARENT UV

How to use:

1) Add 1-2 drops of water to the eyeliner lid (NOT DIRECTLY TO THE PRODUCT).

2) Moisten a brush with water and then swirl the brush in the eyeliner a couple of times until the desired texture is achieved.

The more liquid it is, the less pigmentation it will have; the optimal consistency is slightly thick.

3) Create the eyeliner look you desire!

• For complete transparency, apply 1 SINGLE LAYER of product; the more liquid the mixture, the better.
• Let the product dry completely before closing it.
• For more hygiene or if you want to mix several colors, remove some product with a spatula and mix it on a magnetic palette.
